We are seeking a skilled and experienced Welder to join our team in Herzliya, Kenya. As a Welder, you will be responsible for assembling and repairing metal products using various welding techniques. This is a full-time position that does not require English proficiency and does not provide accommodation or visa assistance. Freshers are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings to determine project specifications
- Set up welding equipment and select appropriate techniques based on the type of metal being used
- Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fuse metal pieces together
- Inspect welded structures and ensure they meet required quality standards
- Repair damaged metal products by cutting, grinding, or reshaping them as needed
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Welder, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry
- Proficiency in various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and ARC
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physical strength and stamina to lift heavy materials and work in various positions for extended periods of time
- Valid work permit for Kenya (if non-Kenyan)
- High school diploma or equivalent education
