Machine Operator


We are currently hiring a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Eldoret. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various types of machinery used in the production process. Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented and has a strong mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities:
- Set up machines according to production requirements
- Monitor machines during operation and make necessary adjustments
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Troubleshoot issues with machinery as needed
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Follow safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a machine operator preferred but not required
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to read and understand technical manuals
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1200 per month, with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

Location:

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with regular working hours from Monday to Friday. Occasional overtime may be required based on production needs.
