Commercial Architect

- Present design concepts to clients for approval and make necessary revisions based on feedback
- Work closely with project managers to develop project schedules and budgets

- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies related to commercial architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Commercial Architect
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
