Land Surveyor



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Almada. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys of land and properties, collecting data and measurements, and providing accurate information to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys of land and properties using various tools and techniques
- Gather data and measurements using specialized equipment
- Analyze survey data to produce detailed reports and maps
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide accurate information
- Maintain accurate records of surveys, data, and measurements
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficient in using surveying tools such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: $1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Almada, Portugal (visa sponsorship available)

Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)
