Job Title: Floral Designer and Arranger

We are seeking a creative and skilled Floral Designer and Arranger to join our team in Bansko. As a Florist, you will be responsible for designing and arranging beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, parties, and corporate events.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create unique and visually appealing floral arrangements based on clients' preferences and event themes
- Source high-quality flowers from local suppliers or grow them in our own garden
- Ensure the proper care and maintenance of flowers to maintain their freshness and quality
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide recommendations for floral designs
- Set up and decorate event spaces with floral arrangements according to the event plan
- Manage inventory of supplies and equipment needed for floral arrangements
- Train and supervise junior florists or assistants

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Floral Designer or similar role
- Proficient in various floral techniques such as bouquet making, centerpieces, corsages, etc.
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and foliage with the ability to identify them by sight
- Excellent communication skills to understand clients' needs and provide recommendations
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail to create precise and flawless arrangements
- Physical stamina to stand for long hours, lift heavy objects, and use tools such as scissors or wire cutters

Salary:
This is a contract job with a salary of 1800$ per month. Accommodation is not provided; however, we offer visa sponsorship for international candidates.
