Floral Designer

As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and unique floral arrangements for various events and occasions. You will work closely with clients to understand their preferences and vision, and use your creative skills to design arrangements that exceed their expectations. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong design sense, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to determine their floral needs and preferences
- Create original floral designs for weddings, parties, corporate events, and other occasions
- Select appropriate flowers, foliage, and decorations based on color scheme, style, and budget
- Order flowers from suppliers and maintain inventory
- Arrange flowers in vases or containers while considering height, color balance, and textures
- Ensure timely delivery of arrangements to event locations
- Set up floral displays at event venues according to client specifications
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or requests from clients

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Floral Designer or related role is preferred
- Excellent design skills with an eye for detail
- Strong knowledge of different types of flowers, foliage, and plants
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills to understand client preferences
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent
