Head Chef

As a Head Chef at our fine dining restaurant in Mauren, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations to ensure high-quality and delicious meals are consistently served to our guests. Your creativity, attention to detail, and passion for food will be key in creating new menu items and maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation. You will also manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience
- Extensive knowledge of different cooking techniques and cuisines
- Ability to create new menu items while also executing existing recipes with precision
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and manage a team
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Passion for food and commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences
- English language fluency

Salary: $1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Note: Candidates from Africa are welcome but must have legal permission to work in Mauren.
