Office Assistant (Pakistani Nationals)
We are in need of a reliable and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Nizwa. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to our office staff and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. This is a part-time position, perfect for students or individuals seeking additional income.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors to the office
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Organize and schedule appointments/meetings
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and emails
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, such as data entry and invoicing
- Assist in the preparation of reports/presentations
- Keep the office area clean and tidy
Requirements:
- Pakistani national with excellent English communication skills
- Previous experience as an Office Assistant or similar role preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month.

This position does not include accommodation. Preference will be given to candidates who are already residing in Nizwa.
