Entry-Level Architectural Designer

As an Entry-Level Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and development of architectural plans and drawings. You will work closely with senior designers and architects to create innovative and functional designs that meet client needs. Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation of architectural plans and drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with senior designers and architects to develop innovative and functional designs
- Research materials, building codes, and construction techniques to ensure compliance with regulations
- Attend client meetings and present design ideas
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for various projects
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress and address any issues that may arise
- Assist in managing project timelines and budgets

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Strong proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.)
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas effectively
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment

Preferred:
- Previous internship or work experience in an architectural firm
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles
- Proficiency in 3D rendering software (3ds Max, Rhino, etc.)

Salary: $1800 per month
