We are in need of an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team in Chelyabinsk, Russia. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of excavating equipment to assist with construction and excavation projects. This is a full-time position that offers a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Operate different types of excavating equipment such as backhoes, bulldozers, and cranes
- Perform daily maintenance and safety checks on equipment before operation
- Follow project plans and instructions from supervisors to complete excavation tasks efficiently and accurately
- Dig trenches, remove debris, and load/unload materials as needed
- Monitor fuel levels and report any mechanical issues to the supervisor
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Excavator Operator or similar role
- Familiarity with various types of excavating equipment and their operations
- Ability to read blueprints and follow project plans
- Strong understanding of safety procedures when operating heavy machinery
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical dexterity
- Good communication skills
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision

Preference:
We welcome applicants from all backgrounds but prefer candidates who have experience working as an Excavator Operator. Candidates who are fluent in English will be given preference.
