Experienced Barista for a Cozy Cafe in Mombasa, Kenya


We are searching for an experienced Barista to join our cozy cafe in the vibrant city of Mombasa, Kenya. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to our guests. You will also be responsible for managing inventory, maintaining cleanliness of the café, and handling cash transactions.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Barista in a busy coffee shop or café
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and latte art
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and welcoming personality
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as per schedule
- Fluent in English with good communication skills
- Pakistani nationals preferred, but Kenyans with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply

Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month along with accommodation. We also provide visa sponsorship for selected candidates.
