Concierge at a Luxury Hotel in Jerusalem, Israel


We are seeking a friendly and customer service-oriented Concierge to join our team at a luxury hotel in the beautiful city of Jerusalem. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures
- Provide information about the hotel facilities, local attractions, and events
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, tours, and other activities
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Handle guest requests and inquiries in a timely manner
- Assist with luggage handling and storage for guests
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the concierge desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain knowledge of current events and activities in Jerusalem

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is an advantage)
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal

Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Jerusalem, Israel (candidates of Indian nationality preferred)
