Office Assistant - Mauren, Pakistan
We are seeking a competent and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Mauren. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing files
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Prepare and distribute memos, letters, and reports
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Keep track of expenses and prepare expense reports
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and processing payments
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
- Experience working in an international or multicultural environment
- Fluency in English
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality industry
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month along with accommodation. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.
