Waiter/Waitress


We are hiring a skilled and friendly Waiter/Waitress to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, and delivering food and drinks to our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and take their orders
- Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction by checking on tables regularly
- Handle any guest concerns or complaints promptly
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely order delivery
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and work stations
- Process payments accurately

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven work experience as a Waiter/Waitress or similar role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and specials
- Attention to detail
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an asset)
