Waiter/Waitress

Our restaurant in Ar-Ruwais is seeking a motivated and friendly Waiter/Waitress to join our team. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and providing excellent customer service to our guests. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a part-time job or without previous experience in the industry.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Deliver food and beverages to guests' tables
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them regularly
- Handle any guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally
- Clear and reset tables after guests have finished their meals
- Assist in cleaning duties to maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Malayalam is a plus)
- Friendly and outgoing personality with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions from management
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Previous experience is not required but will be considered an asset

Salary: $1200/month (negotiable based on experience)
