Shaper - Woodworking Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Shaper to join our team in Dubrovnik. As a Shaper, you will be responsible for shaping and sculpting wood pieces according to specifications and designs. This position requires a high level of precision, attention to detail, and knowledge of woodworking techniques.

Responsibilities:

- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and other specifications to determine the shape and size of wood pieces required
- Use a variety of hand tools and power tools to shape, cut, trim, and sand wood pieces
- Operate shaping machinery such as planers, jointers, routers, and shapers
- Ensure that all wood pieces meet quality standards and specifications
- Collaborate with designers and other team members to discuss project requirements
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Shaper or similar role in the woodworking industry
- In-depth knowledge of woodworking techniques and tools
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail with excellent hand-eye coordination
- Physical dexterity and strength to operate machinery for extended periods of time
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines

Salary: $1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)

City: Dubrovnik (applicants must be willing to relocate if not currently residing in Dubrovnik)

Nationality/Location Preference: Indian nationals preferred but not required.

Language Requirement: No English language skills required.

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Shaper or in a similar role.

Urgency Level: This is an urgent job requirement. The selected candidate will be expected to start immediately.
