Commercial Architect

We are seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Washington. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial architecture, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and overseeing the construction of various commercial projects. This role requires excellent technical skills, as well as creativity and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts that meet their requirements
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for commercial buildings, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that designs are implemented correctly and within budget
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and resolve any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues
