We are hiring a skilled Handyman to join our team in Las Vegas, USA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks both inside and outside of our facilities. As a Handyman, you will use your expertise in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and other areas to ensure that our buildings are safe and well-maintained.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as fixing leaky faucets, unclogging drains, and replacing light bulbs
- Repair or replace damaged fixtures and appliances
- Perform basic carpentry work such as repairing doors and windows, installing shelves, and building furniture
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and make necessary repairs or replacements
- Maintain the landscape by mowing lawns, trimming bushes, and removing weeds
- Ensure all safety standards are met when completing tasks
- Keep track of inventory of tools and supplies needed for maintenance work

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Solid understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques
- Knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and other related skills
- Ability to use hand tools and power equipment effectively
- Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy objects
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail with good time management skills

Benefits:
