Senior Architecture Manager


As a Senior Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the architectural design process. You will work closely with clients and team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all quality standards. Your role will involve providing guidance and direction to the architectural team, as well as coordinating with external consultants and contractors. Your attention to detail, strong leadership skills, and extensive knowledge of architecture will be essential in successfully delivering projects.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the architectural design process from concept to completion
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions that meet their requirements
- Provide technical guidance and support to the architectural team
- Oversee project budgets and timelines to ensure they are met
- Review project drawings, specifications, and contracts for accuracy
- Coordinate with external consultants and contractors to ensure project requirements are met
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements
- Conduct quality control inspections at various stages of the project
- Evaluate potential risks and develop contingency plans as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design management
- Strong knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, zoning regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other relevant software programs
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to clients, team members, and external stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary: 1400$ per month (negotiable based on qualifications and experience)

Location: Balzers (Preference for candidates based in Balzers or willing to relocate)
