Tutor for Students (Almada, Portugal)


We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Tutor to assist students in their academic studies. This is a full-time position located in Almada, Portugal. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and helping others succeed.

Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions to students in various subjects, including but not limited to math, science, English, and history
- Develop personalized lesson plans and study materials based on each student's individual needs and learning styles
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
- Communicate with parents or guardians regarding student progress and areas for improvement
- Assist with test preparation and homework assignments
- Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment for students

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field preferred
- Previous experience working with students in a tutoring or teaching capacity is a plus
- Strong knowledge of academic subjects being tutored
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient, adaptable, and able to work with students of all ages and abilities
- Fluent in Portuguese (proficiency in English is also preferred)
- Must be able to commit to a full-time schedule (Monday-Friday)
