Machine Operator

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining machines in a production setting. Your main duties will include setting up machines, ensuring their smooth operation, and performing routine maintenance tasks. You will work with a variety of machinery and be expected to understand their functions and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.

Key Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with machinery preferred
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and stand for long periods of time
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
- Basic math skills

Responsibilities:
- Set up machines prior to production runs according to specifications
- Monitor machines during operation and adjust as needed for optimal performance
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance and make adjustments as necessary
- Perform routine maintenance on machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as needed
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during operation, such as mechanical malfunctions or material shortages
- Complete production reports accurately and in a timely manner
- Comply with all safety guidelines and regulations

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic to join our production team as a Machine Operator. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $1500 per month. We offer accommodation for employees if needed.
