We are searching for a talented and detail-oriented Architectural Designer to join our team in Remish, India. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating functional and aesthetically pleasing architectural designs for various projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and goals
- Develop conceptual designs using CAD software
- Create detailed architectural plans and drawings
- Ensure designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Research new materials and techniques to incorporate into designs
- Attend project meetings and present design proposals to clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in architectural design
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations in India
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members
- Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate designs on tight deadlines
