Sales Manager - Al Buraymi, Oman
A reputable company in Al Buraymi is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all sales activities in the region, including developing sales strategies, setting sales targets, and monitoring team performance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Set individual and team sales targets and monitor their achievement
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences
- Train, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure they meet or exceed targets
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to the team, including conducting regular performance evaluations
- Prepare regular sales reports for management review
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth sales process from lead generation to closing deals
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- In-depth knowledge of sales principles, techniques, and trends
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month plus commission on sales. This is a full-time position with flexible working hours. English language skills are not required; however, proficiency in Arabic would be an advantage.
