Sales Manager - Indian (Contract)



We are a leading company in the city of Al Buraymi and we are looking for an experienced Indian Sales Manager to join our team on a contract basis. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base
- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and potential areas for growth
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service
- Prepare sales reports and present them to management
- Monitor competition activities and recommend necessary actions

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national with excellent communication skills in English
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the same field, preferably in the UAE or Middle East region
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
- Valid residence visa in the UAE is preferred
