Tutor for ESL Students in Braga, Portugal

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Tutor to teach English as a Second Language (ESL) to students in Braga, Portugal. As a Tutor, you will be responsible for creating lesson plans and providing one-on-one or small group instruction to students of various ages and proficiency levels. You will also be responsible for assessing student progress and providing feedback to help them improve their English skills.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience teaching ESL
- Fluent in English (Portuguese language skills preferred but not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working with students of all ages and proficiency levels
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans and adapt them to individual student needs
- Patient, adaptable, and passionate about teaching

Responsibilities:
- Develop lesson plans that focus on grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills
- Conduct one-on-one or small group ESL lessons with students
- Provide regular feedback on student progress and areas for improvement
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods and materials to keep students engaged and motivated
- Create a welcoming and inclusive learning environment for all students
- Communicate with parents or guardians regarding student progress as needed
