Contract Computer Support Specialist - Fonvieille, Monaco


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Fonvieille on a contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
- Install and configure computer systems and peripherals.
- Maintain and repair computer equipment as needed.
- Set up user accounts and permissions.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical problems.
- Keep up-to-date with advancements in technology and provide recommendations for system upgrades.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and operating systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Customer-oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work on a contract basis in Fonvieille.

Salary:
1600$ per month
