Waiter/Waitress


We are looking for a hardworking and customer-focused Waiter/Waitress to join our team in Riyadh. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests, ensuring their satisfaction and creating a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers, take orders, and serve food and beverages
- Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu
- Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of food orders
- Address any customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Upsell additional products or services when appropriate
- Follow all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Customer service oriented with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Indian nationality preferred

Salary:
Starting salary of 1600$ per month with potential for growth based on performance.
