We are hiring a skilled and friendly Waiter to join our team at a bustling restaurant in Dar Kulaib. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Main responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a timely and friendly manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Deliver food and drinks to tables efficiently
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service
- Handle any customer complaints or issues professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area
- Assist with setting up and clearing tables as needed
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Follow all safety and hygiene regulations

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Waiter or similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
- Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and specials
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail
- Available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
