Loader Supervisor


We are seeking an experienced Loader Supervisor to join our team in Eschen, managing and coordinating the loading operations for our company. As a Loader Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of loaders, ensuring efficient and safe loading of goods onto trucks or other transportation vehicles. This role requires strong leadership skills, as well as experience in loading procedures and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the loading operations for our company
- Assign tasks to loaders and ensure they are completed efficiently and safely
- Train new loaders on proper loading procedures and equipment usage
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or damages to management
- Inspect loaded goods to ensure they are properly secured for transportation
- Operate loading equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized loading area
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Knowledge of loading procedures and equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Attention to detail with a focus on safety

Salary:
$1300 per month

Location:
Eschen, preference given to local candidates but all nationalities are welcome to apply.

Note: This position does not provide visa sponsorship, so candidates must have their own valid work visa for Eschen.
