We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our team on a contract basis. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of the architectural design process, from concept development to construction administration. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of architectural projects from concept to completion
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and vision for the project
- Develop detailed drawings, plans, and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee and manage junior architects and designers on the project team
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design plans and specifications
- Review contractor bids and provide recommendations for selection
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines and budget constraints
- Ensure that all building codes, regulations, and safety standards are adhered to throughout the project
- Communicate regularly with clients, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- At least 5 years of experience in architectural design
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD or other CAD software
- Experience leading projects from concept through construction
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, construction methods, materials, and systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
