Job Title: Senior Architect - Fonvieille, Monaco



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Fonvieille, Monaco. As the Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing all architectural projects and ensuring their successful completion. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from conception to completion
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and develop design solutions
- Create detailed drawings, models, and renderings using various software programs
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to design plans
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively
- Mentor and train junior architects on best practices and company standards
- Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an architect
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other relevant software programs
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on luxury residential or commercial projects in Monaco or other European cities
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Monaco
– Experience managing project teams
– Fluency in French or other languages is a plus.
