Office Clerk
We are searching for a detail-oriented and organized Office Clerk to join our team in Dukhan, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English and a strong understanding of office procedures. As an Office Clerk, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining records, preparing reports, and assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks. This position does not include accommodation or visa sponsorship, so preference will be given to candidates who already have their own visa. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1700 per month.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks such as answering phones, filing paperwork, and scheduling appointments
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and colleagues
- Organize and maintain office supplies
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Perform data entry tasks as required
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with basic office equipment (computers, printers, scanners)
- Must already possess valid work visa for Qatar
