Office Clerk (Indian Nationals)
We are hiring an Office Clerk to join our team in Dukhan, Qatar. This is a contract position, open to Indian nationals with no English language requirement. This is a great opportunity for women looking for their first job or those without prior experience. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with general office duties such as filing, data entry, and answering phone calls
- Maintain office supplies and keep inventory up-to-date
- Prepare and update documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Coordinate meetings and appointments for team members
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including distributing it within the office
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Indian nationality (non-negotiable)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills (MS Office)
- Strong communication skills in Hindi/Urdu (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Prior experience in an office setting is preferred but not required
Salary:
This is a contract position paying 1400$ per month.
