Online Consultant



We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Online Consultant to join our team in Los Angeles. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various online channels.

Responsibilities:
- Responding to client inquiries and providing accurate information and guidance
- Assisting clients with product selection and purchases
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
- Building strong relationships with clients through effective communication
- Conducting online demonstrations of products and services as needed
- Staying up-to-date with company products, services, and policies

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Customer service experience is preferred
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of online tools such as chat, email, social media platforms, etc.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1600 per month.

City:
This job is located in Los Angeles, however we welcome applicants from all over the world. Visa sponsorship may be available for qualified candidates.
