Online Consultant (English Speaking) - Los Angeles, USA
We are seeking an experienced Online Consultant to join our team in Los Angeles. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through various online platforms. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working remotely and has a passion for helping others.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients via online chat, email or phone to provide assistance and answer any questions they may have
- Provide technical support for our products and services
- Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards clients at all times
- Collaborate with other team members to meet customer needs and improve processes
- Keep track of customer interactions and record details in our system
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Comfortable using various online platforms such as chat software, email, etc.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1000 per month.
Location:
This role is based in Los Angeles but can be done remotely from anywhere in the USA.
