We are seeking a talented Indian Executive Chef to join our team in Khasab. As the head of our kitchen, you will be responsible for creating and executing a diverse menu that showcases both traditional and modern Indian cuisine. Your creativity and attention to detail will be crucial in maintaining the high standards of our restaurant.

Requirements:
- Prior experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a reputable restaurant
- Extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine, including regional dishes and cooking techniques
- Ability to manage a team and delegate tasks effectively
- Good communication skills to work with both kitchen staff and management
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and procedures
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities:
- Develop menus that reflect the unique flavors of Indian cuisine, using fresh ingredients and creative presentations
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure high quality dishes are consistently produced
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain proper stock rotation
- Monitor food costs and adjust recipes accordingly to maintain profitability
- Ensure all food is prepared according to health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with management on budgeting, sales strategies, and special events
- Stay updated on current food trends, techniques, and ingredients

Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Proven track record of creating successful menus in previous roles
- Knowledge of multiple regional Indian cuisines is a plus

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of 1700$ per month for this full-time position. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.
