An upscale restaurant in the beautiful city of Khasab, Oman is seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing innovative and delicious menus, managing inventory and food costs, training and supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring a high level of food quality and presentation. Our ideal candidate is passionate about cooking and has a strong sense of creativity, leadership skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Create new menus and dishes that reflect our restaurant's concept
- Ensure all food items are prepared according to recipes and plated attractively
- Manage inventory levels to minimize waste while maintaining quality standards
- Train and supervise kitchen staff in proper cooking techniques, safety procedures, and sanitation rules.
- Collaborate with management to set budget goals for food costs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen at all times
- Monitor food quality throughout service hours
- Handle guest complaints relating to food quality or presentation
- Assist in hiring new kitchen staff when needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in high-end restaurants or hotels
- Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety regulations, and menu development
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a team effectively
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop unique menu items
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month along with other benefits such as free visa sponsorship, round-trip ticket expenses, and potential opportunities for growth within our company.
