Instrument Technician

We are in search of a skilled Instrument Technician to join our team in Al Buraymi, providing expertise in maintaining and repairing various instruments and equipment. In this role, you will use your technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and ensure the proper functioning of instruments. This position requires proficiency in English and an Indian nationality is preferred. The salary for this role is 1500$ per month without accommodation, but we offer visa sponsorship for the right candidate.

As an Instrument Technician, your responsibilities will include conducting regular maintenance on instruments, troubleshooting malfunctions, and repairing or replacing faulty parts. You will also be responsible for calibrating instruments to ensure accuracy and conducting quality checks on repaired instruments. Additionally, you will be required to maintain detailed records of all work performed.

To excel in this role, you must have a strong understanding of electrical circuits and a working knowledge of electronic systems. A degree or certification in Instrumentation or a related field is preferred. Attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work independently are essential qualities for this position.

We are seeking an individual with at least 2 years of experience as an Instrument Technician in a similar environment. Previous experience working with control systems such as PLCs and DCSs is highly desirable. The ideal candidate should also be able to read and interpret technical diagrams, manuals, and schematics.
