Sales Manager - Ashdod, Israel

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing a team of sales representatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Conduct sales meetings and presentations
- Train new sales representatives on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Analyze sales data and provide reports to upper management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably in the same industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving goals
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary: $1800 per month (negotiable based on experience)
