Land Surveyor


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Al-Khor. As a Land Surveyor, your main responsibility will be to accurately measure and map out land boundaries and topographical features using advanced surveying equipment. You will work closely with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure that construction projects are built according to precise specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using GPS, total stations, and other surveying equipment
- Analyze survey data and create detailed reports
- Prepare accurate drawings of surveyed land using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accurate project planning
- Supervise survey technicians and assistants
- Keep up-to-date on industry developments and advancements in surveying technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Geomatics, Surveying Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, and laser scanners
- Strong understanding of CAD software for creating accurate drawings
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Valid driver's license
