Office Assistant for Indian Nationals - Al Buraymi, Oman
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Al Buraymi, Oman. The ideal candidate will be an Indian national with a strong command of the English language and excellent communication skills. This is a contract position with accommodation provided and visa sponsorship available.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the office
- Manage office supplies and equipment
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails
- Organize and maintain filing systems
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person
- Assist with document preparation and data entry
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations of the office
Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Proficient in English
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Strong communication skills
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1500$ per month.

This role is based in Al Buraymi, Oman.
