Online Consultant - Gujrat, Pakistan
As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing customer service and support to clients through online platforms. You will be based in our office in Gujrat, Pakistan and will work with a team of professionals to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to client inquiries and concerns through online channels such as email, chat, and social media
- Providing accurate information about our products and services to clients
- Assisting clients with navigating our website and placing orders
- Addressing and resolving any issues or complaints raised by clients
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times while interacting with clients
- Collaborating with other team members to share knowledge and improve customer service processes
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in an online setting
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using various online platforms such as email, chat, and social media
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple client inquiries simultaneously
- Attention to detail and ability to provide accurate information to clients
- Biometric passport for international travel (preferred but not mandatory)
- Accommodation provided for candidates living outside of Gujrat (if required)
