Online Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Online Consultant to join our team in Gujrat, Pakistan. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients through various online channels. You will need to have excellent communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of customer service and sales techniques.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through various online channels such as email, chat, and video conferencing.
- Understand the needs and requirements of clients and provide suitable solutions or recommendations.
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
- Utilize sales techniques to promote products or services that meet the needs of clients.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly and professionally to client inquiries or concerns.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures for better client satisfaction.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Online Consultant or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Strong understanding of customer service practices.
- Familiarity with online communication tools such as email, chat, and video conferencing.
- Knowledge of sales techniques is a plus.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work in shifts if needed.

Salary: 1200$ per month (with accommodation)

Location: Gujrat, Pakistan

Note: Preference will be given to candidates who have their own visa for Pakistan.
