Merchandiser (Indian Nationals Only) - Al-Rayyan, Qatar



We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing and promoting our company's products in various retail stores and outlets. Your main objective will be to maximize sales and increase brand awareness through effective merchandising strategies.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure proper product placement and visual merchandising
- Maintain inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Monitor sales performance and make recommendations for product assortment based on market trends
- Set up displays and promotional materials according to company guidelines
- Train store staff on product knowledge and promotions
- Collaborate with sales team to develop effective marketing strategies
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for product placement

Requirements:
- Indian nationality is mandatory due to visa requirements
- Previous experience in merchandising or retail sales is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions
- Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work weekends or holidays as needed

Salary: 1500$ per month (tax-free), plus commission on sales.
