Land Surveyor
As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine boundaries, topography, and other features of land. You will use various instruments such as GPS, total stations, and levels to collect data and create accurate maps and reports. You will also be responsible for analyzing data and preparing legal documents related to land ownership and development. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys using various instruments to collect data on land features
- Analyze survey data to create detailed maps and reports
- Prepare legal documents related to land ownership and development
- Communicate with clients, engineers, and other professionals regarding survey findings
- Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficiency in using GPS, total stations, levels, and other surveying equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English (Filipino language skills preferred)
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with local laws and regulations related to land surveying (preferably in Salalah)
Salary: 1800$ per month
Location: Salalah (accommodation provided)
