As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to clients via various online platforms. You will be working remotely from the beautiful city of Svalbard, located in the Arctic Ocean. This full-time position offers a salary of $1100 per month, along with accommodation provided.

Your main duties will include responding to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, as well as offering appropriate solutions and guidance. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of client interactions and ensuring a positive customer experience.

This role does not require any previous experience, making it an excellent opportunity for beginners or non-native English speakers. However, strong communication skills and the ability to multitask are essential for this position. A biometric passport is also preferred but not required.
