Land Surveyor (Freshers)


We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join our team in Malindi, Kenya. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and measurements of land and property to determine boundaries, locations, and topographical features. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or entry-level professional looking to gain experience in the field of land surveying.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys using various equipment such as GPS, total stations, and laser levels
- Analyze survey data to create maps, charts, and reports
- Measure and record property boundaries, topographical features, and other relevant data
- Work closely with engineers, architects, and construction teams to provide accurate survey information
- Maintain accurate records of all survey data
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations during surveying activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in land surveying or related field
- Previous experience is not required but preferred
- Knowledge of surveying equipment and techniques
- Ability to read maps, blueprints, and other technical documents
- Strong mathematical skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month. This position does not require English language proficiency or provide accommodation. Indian nationals are preferred but not required.
