Merchandiser (Indian Nationals Preferred)

We are searching for a motivated and experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Balzers. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing the purchasing and inventory of products for our company. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic plans to increase sales and profitability through effective merchandise planning
- Review sales trends and customer demand to make informed purchasing decisions
- Negotiate with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and timely delivery of products
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock is maintained at all times
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create attractive displays and promotions that drive sales
- Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities, trends, and competitors

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in the retail industry
- Strong understanding of product merchandising, buying, inventory management, and pricing strategies
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions
- Good negotiation skills with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers
- Proven track record of driving sales growth through effective merchandising strategies
- Excellent communication skills in English (Indian nationals preferred)
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
