Entry-Level Merchandiser in Alta, Norway

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective product displays
- Create and maintain relationships with store managers and staff
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends and competitor strategies
- Analyze sales data to make recommendations for product placement and pricing
- Coordinate with visual merchandisers to design attractive window displays
- Ensure that all products have appropriate pricing labels and signage
- Stay updated on industry developments and new product releases

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of retail math and inventory management principles is an asset

Salary:
This is a full-time position with a starting salary of 1100$ per month. Benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for advancement are also available.
