Head Baker


As the Head Baker at our bakery in Jeddah, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our baking operations. This is a full-time position and we are looking for an experienced baker to join our team.

Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain a production schedule for daily baking and special orders
- Supervise and train baking staff on proper techniques and recipes
- Ensure high quality standards are met for all baked goods
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients and supplies
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to health and safety regulations while handling food products
- Develop new recipes and products to add to our menu

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a baker, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Extensive knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of orders
- Strong communication skills to effectively train and supervise staff
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food handling
- Creativity in developing new recipes and products

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month, with potential for growth within the company.

Preference:
We prefer candidates who have experience working as a baker in an English-speaking environment. While this is not a strict requirement, it will be considered during the selection process.
